How to Resell your ticket?
To offer your Splendour in the Grass tickets for resale go to www.moshtix.com.au and log in to the original Moshtix account that the tickets were purchased through and access the My Account page.
If you purchased as a guest, select ‘Sign up’ using the same email address you used to purchase your tickets.
Once you have logged into your account go to the Manage Tickets section, find your Splendour in the Grass tickets, and select the RESELL button. Follow the steps on this page to offer your unwanted tickets for resale
Before processing, please check all details and ensure that you have selected the correct ticket/s to be uploaded to the Resale facility. You are then required to tick the box below to agree to the terms of the resale.
How are tickets sold through the Resale?
Tickets are sold in the order they were listed for sale, and it will move up the queue depending on demand. We are unable to predict when there will be high or low demand, but please just keep an eye on the 'Status' of the ticket through your Moshtix account.
Ticket Statuses:
• Valid - Your ticket is valid for entry and has not been listed for resale or reissued.
• Pending Resale - Your request to resell your ticket has been received and your ticket is waiting to be purchased by another buyer.
• Resold Ticket - Your ticket has now been resold to another fan. Your initial purchase will refunded back to the credit card you used to originally purchase your ticket, less fees, and your ticket is no longer valid for use.
If/when your ticket is purchased by another person, the ticket status will update to ‘RESOLD TICKET', and a refund for the ticket cost (excluding booking and service fees) will be processed within 5 business days.
The system must first attempt the refund to the same card used for the original payment. If your card has since expired or been cancelled, you will receive an email requesting further information for the refund to be processed via your bank account.
Resale Terms and Conditions
- You may remove your ticket from resale at any time during the resale period before the ticket is resold.
- If your ticket has successfully sold through Resale, you will be refunded the base cost price of the ticket (minus any resale, booking, transaction and processing fees etc.)
- The resale system must attempt the refund back onto the credit card or PayPal account that the original purchasewas made from.
- If your ticket has not sold by the closing of the Resale facility, the ticket will be re-validated in your Moshtix account where it will still be valid for the event
- You will be notified via email if/when your ticket has been Resold and purchased by another customer.
- Once sold, refunds are automatically processed within 5 business days, or up to 14 business days if processed manually by Moshtix Customer Service (for cancelled or expired cards).

What if I’m not the original purchaser?
Tickets can only be offered for resale by the original purchaser of the tickets. If you are a ticket holder and wish to offer your ticket for resale, you will need to arrange the resale of your ticket with the original purchaser of the tickets whose Moshtix account was used for the purchase.
Can I select individual tickets within my order?
Yes. Once you have logged into your account and navigated to the Manage Tickets section, found your Splendour in the Grass tickets, and selected the RESELL button you will be taken to a page where you can select tickets individually.
I put my Event/Camping ticket up for resale, how do I know if it's been sold?
You can check the status of your tickets offered for resale by logging in to your Moshtix account, and viewing your tickets.
Ticket Statuses:

Can I nominate a friend to purchase my unwanted ticket?
Sellers cannot nominate a preferred purchaser. Returned tickets go into a queue and are sold in the order they were listed.
Why can't I sell my tickets anywhere, like on Viagogo, eBay or Gumtree?
Your ticket has your name and date of birth on it, which means it is strictly non-transferable to another person. Any ticket sold by any means other than Moshtix Official Ticket Resale Facility will be invalid for use as the name of the ticket holder will not match the Moshtix database. Name changes or reissues are not available for this event. Tickets resold, or offered for resale, in an unauthorised manner may also result in all tickets in the order being cancelled without refund, along with all ticket holders will being refused entry to the venue. This includes tickets offered for resale via online sites such as Viagogo, eBay or Gumtree.
What does the Ticket Resale Facility service cost?
You will be charged a resale administration fee of $30 for each ticket which will be charged when and if that ticket is resold.
If your ticket is resold through Moshtix your ticket will be cancelled, and you'll be reimbursed the cost of the ticket minus the booking and resale administration fees to the credit card used for the original purchase. You will be notified via email once the refund for a resold ticket has been processed.
When do I get my money back?
Refunds are not guaranteed, and you will only get your money back if your ticket is purchased by another fan. Until they are re-sold, the tickets remain your property and no funds are owed to you. If your ticket gets purchased by another fan, we will refund the original ticket price (less minus the booking and resale administration fees) to the original credit card used to purchase. Should your ticket remain unsold at the end of the resale period, the ticket remains valid for your use by the original ticket holder.
What if my credit card has expired or been cancelled since the original purchase?
If your credit card has been cancelled or expired since you originally purchased the tickets you will receive an email asking you to contact Moshtix Ticket Support. Ticket Support will ask for your bank details and will arrange a manual refund into your bank account. This can take up to 2 weeks for the refund to be processed.
I paid $3 to offset by Carbon footprint. Can I resell my Carbon Offset along with my event ticket?
No, one cannot resell their carbon offset donation.
Can I resell my Vehicle Passes?
No. Vehicle Passes will be on sale closer to the event and once on sale, they will not eligible for the Ticket Resale Facility. The Ticket Resale Facility is for Event and Camping tickets ONLY.
What happens if my tickets don't sell?
If your ticket remains unsold after the end of the resale period, 11:59pm AEST Monday 18 July 2022, the ticket remains valid and is deemed the property of the original ticket holder, who will still be able to use the ticket should they still be able attend the festival.
No refunds, exchanges, or resales can be made after the close of the Ticket Resale Facility.
Can a ticket be taken off the Resale after it has been listed?
If you would like to take your ticket(s) back from the Splendour in the Grass Resale, you can now do so by logging into your Moshtix account and selecting the ‘Cancel Resale’ option.
Once you have selected this option you will need to select the tickets you no longer wish to list on Resale.
Once removed from resale your tickets will be returned to your account and valid for use at the event. To check the status of your ticket, login to your Moshtix account and got to the ‘Manage Tickets’ section.
