There are no refunds, credits or exchanges on any ticket except as required by the Live Performance Australia Industry Code of Practice (for example if an event is postponed or cancelled etc). To view the Ticketing Code of Practice, click here.
Incorrect purchases are NOT guaranteed a refund. However you may be able to re-issue (change your name) or resell your ticket. The ability to re-issue or resell your ticket is at the discretion of the event organiser. You can login to your Moshtix account to view your tickets and find out from there if you have the option to re-issue or resell your tickets.
Moshtix does not offer ticket insurance at this time, if you have purchased ticket insurance and would like to apply for a claim, please contact your insurer.
