Reissues will generally close 48 hours prior to the event start time, or when ticket sales close. This can vary between events. If you are unable to see the reissue button in your Moshtix account, this most likely means that it is not available for your event.

To reissue (change the name on the ticket) the original purchaser must login to their Moshtix account and click the reissue button for the relevant event and follow the prompts.
