Unfortunately there are no refunds, credits or exchanges on any tickets except in accordance with LPA code of practice (for example, if the event has been cancelled or postponed).
You may be able to re-issue your ticket to someone else providing you are the original purchaser. You will need the full name and date of birth of the person who will be attending the event. In some cases, you may incur a re-issue fee and will need to provide payment details. You can re-issue your ticket online by logging into your moshtix account at www.moshtix.com.au. Once the transaction has been approved, the re-issued tickets will be sent to the email address specified on the re-issue page. Please be advised re-issues must be completed 48 hours before the event.
