Resale allows you to list your ticket for sale through a unique link that you can share with your buyer directly. The buyer will be someone of your choosing who will be able to purchase your unwanted ticket. If the ticket is purchased, a new barcode will be generated, which invalidates the previous ticket. We will provide a refund of the base ticket cost to the original purchaser of the tickets (excluding any transaction fees, delivery fees and optional ticket upgrades you paid).
Ticket Return allows you to upload your unwanted ticket back on to the Moshtix website, for us to sell to another customer. If the ticket is purchased, a new barcode will be generated, which invalidates the previous ticket. We will then process a refund to you for the base ticket cost (less resale, booking and service fees).
