To Reissue (i.e. change the name or date of birth on the ticket) please log in to the Moshtix account that the tickets were originally purchased through.
Select the 'Manage Tickets' option, then select Reissue and follow the prompts to enter the new attendee’s details.
Once the transaction has been approved, the reissued tickets will be sent to the email address specified on the reissue page.
Reissues are not always permitted and are at the discretion of the event organiser and fees may apply. Reissues will close at the end of online ticket sales or within 48 hours of the event start time.
