WHAT IS REISSUE?
Reissue is a name and date of birth change on your ticket. Tickets are issued in the name of the attendees at the time of purchase and the ticket can only be used by the person whose name appears on the ticket. Reissues allow you to change the name if the original attendee is no longer able to use the ticket.

HOW DO I REISSUE / CHANGE THE NAME MY TICKET?
The original purchaser must login to their moshtix account and click the Reissue button under your FOMO Festival tickets, then follow the prompts.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO REISSUE / CHANGE THE NAME ON MY TICKET?
There is a $20 fee to reissue / change the name on your tickets.
CAN I REISSUE / CHANGE THE NAME ON MY TICKET TO MY FRIEND?
Yes, you will need to have the NAME, DATE OF BIRTH and EMAIL ADDRESS of the person you’re reissuing the ticket to. Triple check you have entered all their details correctly when changing the name.
I’VE BOUGHT MY TICKET ON TIME TO PAY, CAN I REISSUE MY TICKET?
If you have used Time To Pay and are currently paying in instalments, you WILL NOT be able to reissue / change the name on your ticket until your order has been paid in full. You may pay your order in full early by contacting Moshtix ticket support on 1300 438 849.
WHAT SHOULD I DO ABOUT TYPOS IN DOB AND NAME?
Please contact Moshtix support here and fill out all relevant details including the current name and DOB on the ticket and the correct name and DOB you want it changed to. Please note only typo changes will be actioned.
