You cannot do a name change on a ticket through the Resale Facility.
You need to arrange this through the Reissue Facility.
If you would like to perform a name change on your Ticket, you will need to use the Ticket Re-Issue Facility via your Moshtix Account.
Only the original purchaser may request to Reissue a Ticket, and the Ticket with the reissued name remains in the original purchaser's account.
There is a Reissue Admin Fee which is payable by the person requesting the reissue.
