It is with great delight and appreciation for your patience and support that Bluesfest is finally in a position to provide 2020 ticket holders with a time frame regarding our Festival announcement for our 32nd Bluesfest, on Easter weekend April 1-5, 2021 and refunds for the cancelled 2020 event.

✨ There will be plenty of time for Bluesfest 2020 ticketholders to receive their refunds in time to purchase the Exclusive pre-sale of Early Bird tickets ✨
✨ Ticket refunds are a mandatory requirement set by our insurer ✨
✨ You will be delighted when you see next year’s ticket prices. There won’t be any increases! ✨
Patrons who purchased tickets onsite at the 2019 festival and through the Bluesfest website prior to the 10th July 2019, will be contacted via email by Bluesfest. If you purchased your ticket after this date, your ticket was purchased through Moshtix, therefore you will be contacted directly by a member of their team.
If you purchased tickets from any other outlet you will need to go back to the point of purchase.
Please note, Bluesfest is not liable to refund re-sold tickets.
If you purchased through the Moshtix Site, you don’t need to do anything; your Bluesfest 2020 ticket(s) will be automatically refunded back to your credit card account and we’ll let you know when this has been done. It can take up to 3-5 business days for the funds to return to your account. If your card details have changed, please wait for Moshtix to contact you directly regarding this.
Please note you are responsible for passing on all communications regarding the event to those you purchase tickets for.
If you're unable to see the refund in your account after 5 business days, please contact your financial institution before contacting Moshtix.
Alternatively, if you purchased tickets from an outlet you will need to go back to the point of purchase. Any patrons that purchased tickets through a third party site (emedia, NRMA or on site) will receive instructions direct from Bluesfest or should return to the place of purchase.
