After a great deal of consideration, Splendour in the Grass will move the 20th Anniversary event forward to 23, 24, 25 July 2021.
“We have been monitoring the situation closely for the past few months and while Australia is now moving into the recovery phase, there is no timeline yet around the opening of international borders. As a result, and with our audience interests front and centre, we must announce the reschedule to 2021 now. We intend to rebook as many of the 2020 artists as possible and we have started to work through that process.” said Splendour in the Grass Co-Producers Jessica Ducrou and Paul Piticco.
We are conscious that the October dates clashed with some Year 12 and university exams and hope that those students will now be able to celebrate with us in July.
“We send a huge thanks to all of our Splendour community for their support during this time, and hope you are all keeping safe and well. We also send our love to all of the music industry workers who are doing it tough at the moment. We can’t wait to see you all in 2021 for the biggest birthday celebration of all time.”
Please retain your tickets and support live music if you wish to attend next July. All 2020 tickets will be valid for Splendour 2021 edition.
Your current ticket purchase is automatically valid for this new date, and you do not need to take any further action if you are able to attend the 2021 event.
Please note you are responsible for passing on all communications regarding the event to those you purchased tickets for.
Should you be unable to attend the rescheduled 2021 event, you have the option to request a refund from 12 Midday (AEST) Wednesday 10 June 2020, until 11.59pm (AEST) Friday 10 July 2020, by logging into your Moshtix Account and following these steps.
You will have the option to select all tickets individually so please be careful to only select the tickets you want refunded. You cannot withdraw your request for a refund once submitted.
Once you have requested a refund, it will be queued for processing.
You will receive a notification once your refund has been processed, and your ticket(s) will be automatically refunded back to your credit card or PayPal account. Please allow up to 5 business days from receipt of this notification for the funds to return to your account.
If you are unable to see the refund in your account 5 business days after this notification, please contact your financial institution before contacting Moshtix. If your card details have changed, you will be contacted by Moshtix directly.
