Oktoberfest in the Gardens - Canberra 2020 has been rescheduled to October 2021, Commonwealth Place, ACT
Event Dates will be advised in early 2021.
Statement from the event organisers below:
Our team did everything possible to try and bring back the beers in 2020, however based on current health advice and the risks associated with COVID-19, it was decided that it would be irresponsible to proceed with events in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Canberra. Whilst we have postponed these events, as promised, all of our loyal supporters who have purchased tickets will be eligible to a full refund.
Your current tickets are automatically valid for the new date, and you do not need to take any further action if you are able to attend the 2021 event. Dates will be advised early next year.
Should you no longer be able to attend the event, you have the option to request a refund by logging into your Moshtix Account and following these steps. If you created your booking as a Guest, Sign Up here to register and access your tickets using the same email address that was used for the booking.
All refund requests must be submitted no later than 5pm AEST, Wednesday 21 November.
If you have requested a refund, it is now in queue to be processed. Our refund process is taking slightly longer than usual due to the unprecedented number of events rescheduling. You will receive a notification once your refund has been processed, and your ticket(s) will be automatically refunded back to your credit card/PayPal account. Please allow up to 3-5 business days from this notification for the funds to return to your account.
If you're unable to see the refund in your account after this period, please contact your financial institution before contacting Moshtix. If your card details have changed, please wait for Moshtix to contact you directly regarding this.
Alternatively, if you purchased tickets from an outlet you will need to go back to the point of purchase.
