How to Reissue your tickets
- To Reissue (change the name or date of birth on the ticket) the original purchaser must log in to their Moshtix account
- Select the 'Manage Tickets' option on the upper right hand side, select the Reissue option, and follow the prompts to enter the new attendee’s details. Please note, a reissue fee will apply.
- Once the transaction has been approved, the Reissued tickets will be sent to the email address specified on the Reissue page.
