Select the 'Manage Tickets' option on the upper right hand side, select the Reissue option, and follow the prompts to enter the new attendee’s details. Please note, there is no cost associated here but this can only be done once before being locked in completely.
Once the transaction has been approved, the Reissued tickets will be resent to the original purchaser via email and they will need to pass the tickets onto the new attendees.
