To change a name on a ticket you will need to reissue the ticket.
Only the original purchaser may reissue the ticket. In some cases, you may incur a reissue fee and will need to provide payment details.
You can reissue your ticket online by logging into your account on the website, select the 'manage tickets' option on the upper right hand side, select the reissue option and follow the prompts to enter the new attendee’s details.
Once the transaction has been approved, the reissued tickets will be sent to the account holder's email address.
Please be advised reissues may close 48 hours before the event, and we encourage you to complete any ticket changes as early as possible to avoid missing out.
