Ticket Availability: when is the latest I can purchase tickets online?
Tickets will be available online until 11:59pm (AEST) on Thursday 22 September 2022, unless sold out.
Ticket Group Discounts: is there a group ticket discount available?
No, unfortunately there are no group ticket discounts available.
Concessions: is there a pensioner or concession ticket available?
No, we only have three ticket categories available: Adult (18+ years), Youth (15-17 years) and Junior (4-14 years).
Ticket Purchase Limits: are there any limits on the number of tickets i can buy in one transaction?
Yes, there are limits on purchasing tickets for the Festival and the Camp Site.
You can buy up to ten (10) tickets per transaction + two (2) Camp Sites.
Re-Sale or Re-Issue Facilities: can I re-sell or change name on my Tickets?
There won't be a resale facility this year but you will be able to change the name on your tickets.
The Moshtix Reissue Facility will be open from 9am, Tuesday 5 April until 9am, Friday 9 September 2022.
There will be a reissue fee for reissuing any Event Entry, Camp Site, Parking or Bus tickets, per ticket.
Any redeemed Campground Entry Tickets can be reissued Free of Charge.
Every person camping needs to have a Campgrounds Entry Ticket to enter the Campgrounds so be sure to redeem your Campground Entry tickets and update the names of your attendees if they have changed.
Ticket Insurance: will you be offering ticket insurance?
CMC does not offer ticket insurance.
