How to list your ticket for Resale
To Resell a ticket, you will need to log in to the original Moshtix account that the tickets were purchased through.
Once you have logged in, click the Manage Tickets button which will reveal a ‘Resell’ button below your tickets.
This will prompt you to read and accept the Terms and Conditions of the Resale facility. Once you have agreed to the terms, you will then be directed to a new page, which will prompt you to select the individual tickets you wish to place on the Resale facility.
Once your ticket has sold, you will notice the status of your tickets will change in your account.
Note for Camp Site ticket holders - If your camp site is sold in the Resale Facility, your associated camping entry tickets will no longer be valid. Any unredeemed or claimed camping entry tickets associated to your order for you resold camp site will be cancelled prior to the event.
How far in advance of the event / how close to the event can I Resell tickets?
The Moshtix Resale Facility will operate for SELLERS from 12pm AEST Wednesday 18 May 2022 until 5pm AEST Friday 9 September 2022.
We encourage you to list your unwanted Tickets for Resale as early as possible, to ensure the best chance of selling them before the end of the Resale Period. The closing of the Resale Period is subject to change, at the Promoter's discretion.
What is the difference between Resale and Reissue?
Resale allows you to upload your unwanted ticket back on to the Moshtix website, for another customer to purchase. Once somebody purchases the ticket, the barcode and name on the ticket will be changed and emailed to the new customer, then a refund will be processed to you for the base ticket cost (less resale, booking and service fees).
Reissue is simply just a name change. You will need to reissue your ticket if you have nominated someone of your own choosing to pass the ticket on to. The barcode and name on the ticket will be changed and emailed to the new customer, however no refund will be processed to you.

Which tickets are available for resale?
Festival Entry, Camping Tickets and Overflow Parking.
Bus and Campground Entry Tickets are not available for resale.

Can I change the name on my ticket without reselling it?
You cannot do a name change on a ticket through the Resale Facility.
You need to arrange this through the Reissue Facility.
If you would like to perform a name change on your Ticket, you will need to use the Ticket Re-Issue Facility via your Moshtix Account.
Only the original purchaser may request to Reissue a Ticket, and the Ticket with the reissued name remains in the original purchaser's account.
There is a reissue fee for reissuing any Event Entry, Camp Site, Parking or Bus tickets, per ticket which is payable by the person requesting the reissue.
Any redeemed Campground Entry Tickets can be reissued Free of Charge. Every person camping needs to have a Campgrounds Entry Ticket to enter the Campgrounds so be sure to redeem your Entry tickets and update the names of your attendees if they have changed.

What if I'm not the original purchaser?
Tickets can only be offered for resale by the original purchaser of the tickets. If you are a ticket holder and wish to offer your ticket for resale, you will need to arrange the resale of your ticket with the original purchaser of the tickets whose Moshtix account was used for the purchase.
When do I get my money back?
Refunds are not guaranteed, and you will only get your money back if your Ticket is purchased.
Until your Ticket is Resold, the Ticket remains your property and no funds are owed to you.
You can check the status of your ticket Resale by logging in to your Moshtix account, and viewing your Ticket Status under 'Manage Tickets'.
• Valid - Your ticket is valid for entry and has not been listed for resale or been reissued.
• Pending Resale - Your request to resell your ticket has been received and your ticket is waiting to be purchased by another buyer.
• Resold Ticket - Your ticket has now been resold to another fan. Your initial purchase will refunded back to the credit card you used to originally purchase your ticket, less fees, and your ticket is no longer valid for use.
If your ticket has sold, you will receive a refund notification via email, then our system will automatically attempt the refund to the same card used for the original payment. The funds may take up to 5 business days to appear on your credit card statement. If your card has since expired or been cancelled, you will receive an automated email requesting further information for the refund to be processed via your bank account. This will take additional time to process the refund.
If your ticket remains unsold after the end of the resale period the ticket will remain valid within the original ticket purchasers Moshtix account.
I put my Ticket up for resale, how do I know if it's been sold?
You can check the status of your ticket Resale by logging in to your Moshtix account, and viewing your Ticket Status under 'Manage Tickets'.
• Valid - Your ticket is valid for entry and has not been listed for resale or been reissued.
• Pending Resale - Your request to resell your ticket has been received and your ticket is waiting to be purchased by another buyer.

You will also receive a refund notification via email once your ticket has been sold and refunded, however, the funds may take up to 5 business days to appear on your credit card statement used for the purchase.
Can I nominate a friend to purchase my unwanted ticket?
No, you will not be able to nominate a preferred purchaser as Resale tickets go into a general ‘pool’ which is accessible to anyone from the general public. There is no way for you to choose who gets your Resale ticket.
If you would like to perform a name change on your Ticket, you will need to use the Ticket Reissue Facility via your Moshtix Account.
Why can't I sell my Moshtix ticket anywhere else?
Your Ticket has your name and date of birth on it, which means it is strictly non-transferable to another person.
Any Ticket sold by any means other than the Moshtix Official Resale Facility will be invalid for use as the name of the Ticketholder will not match the Moshtix Database.
Tickets Resold, or offered for Resale, in an unauthorised manner may also result in all Tickets in the order being cancelled without refund, along with all Ticketholders being refused entry to the Event. This includes Tickets offered for Resale via online sites such as Viagogo, eBay or Gumtree.
What if my credit card has expired or been cancelled since the original purchase?
If your card has since expired or been cancelled, you will receive an automated email requesting further information for the refund to be processed via your bank account. This will take additional time to process the refund.

Can I sell the tickets at a discount if I want to make sure they sell?
No. Tickets are only offered for resale at face value.
What happens if my tickets don't sell?
If your Ticket remains unsold after the end of the Resale Period: 5pm AEST Friday 9 September 2022 the Ticket remains valid and is deemed the property of the original Ticketholder, who will still be able to use the Ticket.
Please note that the Resale of your Ticket is not guaranteed.
You will only get a Refund Amount if someone else purchases your Ticket.
How can I buy a Ticket?
Those wanting to BUY a ticket have the opportunity to do so, subject to availability.
Access to the Resale Facility will be available to the General Public buyers from 12pm AEST Wednesday 18 May 2022.
Ticket sales will close at 5pm AEST Friday 9 September 2022.
We are unable to predict how many tickets will be offered for sale, or when they will be available.
Tickets can be released at any time during the Resale Period.
The Moshtix Resale Facility closing date is subject to change at the discretion of the Promoter.
No refunds, exchanges, or resales can be made after the close of the resale.
