To check the status of your ticket, log in to your Moshtix account and go to the ‘Manage Tickets’ section. You may cancel your Ticket Return request at any time before the request is processed (i.e. when the status indicates “Return Pending”).
You will receive an email notification and your Moshtix account will be updated either: (a) if the returned ticket is purchased; or (b) at the end of the Ticket Return period if your returned ticket has not been purchased.
If the returned ticket is purchased, we will provide a refund to you of the price you paid for the ticket (excluding any transaction, delivery and optional ticket upgrade fees), less the Ticket Return Service Fee specified at the time you requested Ticket Return.
If a returned ticket is not purchased, you will retain your ticket and will not receive a refund.
