1. To get help with an existing order, the original purchaser must log into their Moshtix account
2. Select the "Manage Tickets & Booking History" option under option under the "My Account" heading
3. Select the "Help with this Order" option and follow the on screen prompts to submit your enquiry.
4. Once the enquiry has been sent all replies and follow-ups will be sent via email to the account holder
The "Help Form" can also be accessed while viewing your digital tickets where this is available. You can access this option by clicking the three dots next to your tickets to open the menu.
