Have ticket and need help?
1. Sign into your Moshtix account using the email that was used to purchase the tickets with.
2. Select Manage Tickets & Booking History under My Account.
3. Select Help with this Order and follow the on screen prompts to submit your enquiry.
No tickets or can’t sign in?
Submit a form if you
- Are enquiring about companion cards/accessibility and have not purchased tickets
- Have trouble purchasing a ticket
- Have a typo in your email address
- Need to reset your password
