How do I shop with Afterpay?
You can opt to pay with Afterpay by following these steps:
- Add items to your cart and head to the checkout. Only the total purchase amounts that qualify will be offered the option to pay using Afterpay.
- Select Afterpay from the payment options at checkout.
- Sign up or Log into Afterpay to process payment.
- Once payment is processed, you'll receive a booking confirmation and your tickets. You can manage your orders and payments in the Afterpay app.
Do I need an Afterpay account before purchasing tickets?
Yes, you'll need to sign up with Afterpay and be approved before completing your Moshtix purchase using Afterpay.
Can I use Afterpay for all Moshtix events?
Afterpay is available to use as a payment option on all live events at the discretion of the Event Organiser, excluding Ticket Requests.
What should I do if I have a problem with my Afterpay account or payment?
Information or assistance with Afterpay payments or accounts is managed by the friendly customer service staff at Afterpay. Information can be found on the Afterpay Help Centre, which includes a way to contact their customer service.
If I've purchased tickets in the past with Zip Pay, what happens?
All existing tickets and orders made using Zip Pay, will remain valid. Moving forward, Zip Pay will no longer be a payment option. If you have any questions about your order, please contact Fan Support.
