How to use Ticket Request?

  1. Visit the event page on Moshtix
  2. Select the amount of ticket(s) you would like to request using the dropdown menu (Max 10 tickets per transaction)
  3. Select REQUEST TICKETS
  4. A pop up will appear with  important information about Ticket Request and what to expect. Select GO TO CHECKOUT
  5. Fill in your details, attendee details and follow the prompts for:
    1. Secure Tickets
    2. Stay in the know (marketing updates)
    3. Ticket delivery
    4. Terms & conditions
    5. Ticket Request Conditions
  6. Select card options, enter your card details and select REQUEST TICKETS

Please note when you submit a request, we will place a temporary hold on your card for the full amount. 

If your request is successful, we will attempt to process payment within 7 days. If your request is unsuccessful, funds will be released back into your account.
