Incorrect/accidental purchases are NOT guaranteed a refund/exchange. However, you may be able to change the name on the ticket through the Change Name/DOB function, or resell your ticket. The ability to action a name change through the Change Name/DOB function or to resell your ticket is at the discretion of the event organiser. You can login to your Moshtix account to view your tickets and find out from there if you have the option to use the Change Name/DOB function or to resell your tickets.
