What is Ticket Assign?
Ticket Assign allows group ticket purchasers to easily share tickets for events to friends and family all within the Moshtix platform. Ticket Assign ensures that everyone attending has access to their own verified and secure ticket, making event access easier, safer, and stress-free for everyone.

How do I assign a ticket?
1. Sign into your Moshtix Account and navigate to an event. Select View My Tickets. You can also access your tickets through your Booking Confirmation email by selecting the View My Tickets button.
2. Select Manage, then select Assign Ticket.
3. You can use the Copy Link button or the Share button to display your available sharing options. Select your sharing option and share your unique Ticket Assign link to the other attendee.
4. When this link has been successfully shared and accepted by the other attendee, your My Tickets page will update and the assigned ticket will display with the assignee's email address.
For each ticket you'd like to assign, you'll need to repeat the steps above.
Why is the ticket I’ve assigned still available in my Moshtix Account?
As the purchaser of the ticket, the ticket will remain in your account. Alternatively, if you'd like to sell the ticket you can use Private Resale. For more information, visit our help page Can I nominate a friend to purchase my ticket from the Resale?
Is there a cut off for Ticket Assign?
No! Ticket Assign can be used before or during the event.
Can I revoke the Ticket Assign?
If you need to revoke the Ticket Assign, please contact Fan Support as soon as possible. If your event is within 72 hours we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to assist you. The original purchaser will still have access to the ticket in their Moshtix Account if we’re unable to assist you.

How do I accept my assigned ticket?
1. Click on the link shared with you from the Ticket Purchaser. This will take you to an Accept Tickets page.
2. Enter your email address and select Accept Ticket. Your assigned ticket will appear.
3. To view or add your ticket to your mobile wallet, select Manage.
Where can I find my ticket after I have accepted it?
We recommend adding your ticket to your mobile wallet when you accept the ticket. We'll send you an email containing your ticket to the email address you provided when you accepted the ticket.
- If you accept the ticket before event reminders are sent, you’ll get the reminder at the usual time - which is usually a few days before the event.
- If you accept the ticket after reminders have already gone out, we’ll send it to you when you accept the ticket.
Do I have to have a Moshtix Account to accept my ticket?
No, you’ll just need a valid email address.
Why isn’t my ticket in my Moshtix Account?
You won't be able to see your ticket in your Moshtix Account as you're not the original purchaser. The ticket will remain in the original purchaser’s account. You'll be able to view the ticket, and add it to your mobile wallet.
