How does Two Factor Authentication work?
- Navigate to the Moshtix login page
- Enter your username and password.
- Check your registered email for a validation code.
- Enter the code in the field provided to complete login.
- If you do not receive the code, check your spam/junk/promotions folder or request a new code.
Does the Two Factor Authentication code expire?
Yes the code will expire in 10 minutes. After that deadline, you 'll need to request a new code.
Can I turn Two Factor Authentication off?
No, this is a security feature to protect your account.
What if I've lost access to my Moshtix account?
If you cannot access your registered email, you will not be able to login. Please contact Fan Support for assistance.
