There are no refunds, credits or exchanges on any ticket except as required by the Live Performance Australia Industry Code of Practice.

Incorrect purchases are NOT guaranteed a refund. However you may be able to update the name on the ticket through the Change Name/DOB function, or to resell your ticket. The ability to Change use the Name/DOB function or to resell your ticket is at the discretion of the event organiser. You can login to your Moshtix account to view your tickets and find out from there if you have the option to Change use the Name/DOB function or to resell your tickets.
Moshtix does not offer ticket insurance, however you have the option to upgrade to Secure Tickets through our partnership with Booking Protect. Secure Tickets allow you to apply for a full refund on your order should you, or anyone in your party, be unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. This includes injury, illness, travel trouble and other unexpected events. More information can be found here.
