To return your ticket you will need to login to the original Moshtix account that the tickets were purchased with.
Click MANAGE MY TICKETS and then click REQUEST TICKET RETURN. You will be directed to a new page which will prompt you to select the ticket(s) that you can return. Please note, that not all tickets have to be returned.
Click SUBMIT REQUEST FOR TICKETS when you have selected the ticket(s) you wish to return.
Once processed you will receive a confirmation notice on the screen, and the status of your ticket will change to 'RETURN PENDING'.
